Has an ideal pitchers' frame (6-5, 225 pounds), plus the ability to pitch both as a starter and reliever in the minor leagues. Has some strikeout acumen, too. Gets into major trouble when he starts walking too many batters. Is also a bit too hittable when used as a starting pitcher, so the bullpen is likely in his future.
