Can be used as either a starter or reliever at the minor-league level, which adds to his overall value. Has a good frame and plenty of craftiness in his pitching arsenal. Does not strike out a lot of batters and is somewhat hittable (even in the minor leagues). Gets into major trouble when his pitches elevate. Can also lack command.
