A versatile right-hander, he can be used as both a starter and reliever at the minor-league level (which adds to his overall value). Is somewhat reliable and durable. Gives up too many hits, even at the minor-league level. Walks a few too many batters, as well, and he can get burned by the long ball when his pitches elevate.
