Is a fairly consistent strike thrower. As a reliever in the minor leagues, he strikes out a lot of batters and can be used as a closer. Lacks an ideal pitchers' frame (6-1, 215 pounds). Needs to keep his pitches down in the strike zone in order for him to be effective.
