Scouting Report
Was every pitcher's nightmare at the plate because he was incredibly patient with pinpoint strike-zone judgment, and had a smooth, compact swing with great power. As consistent and unflappable as they came, he also surprised with the odd stolen base. Was also incredibly durable. Made a few errors at first base, but his presence on the field was a plus due to his tremendous leadership qualities. Early in his career, he was tried at third base and left field but was not good enough defensively. Will go down as one of the all-time greats.
Long Range Potential: One of the greatest hitters of all time.
