Has an ideal pitchers' frame (6-4, 225 pounds). Can pitch to contact effectively or dominate via the strikeout. Right-handed batters have trouble picking the ball up from out of his hand, since he throws across his body. His stamina and consistency have been issues in the big leagues in the past, though he has worked very hard to improve in those areas. Can still occasionally flirt with bouts of wildness and a general lack of control.
Long Range Potential: Excellent right-hander.
