Scouting Report
Forces pitchers to throw him strikes, while batting for major power production. A clutch RBI guy, he is always willing to take walks (and he also gets plunked a lot). Is Incredibly intense at the plate, as well. Is somewhat injury-prone, and it has hampered his career to some degree. Can sometimes take huge cuts, which adversely affects his batting average. Does not possess top-tier speed in the field or on base.
Long Range Potential: Veteran run producer in decline, when healthy.
