Scouting Report
Could pitch to contact and be hard to hit against for left-handed hitters, but he also became a strikeout pitcher after a move to the bullpen. Found his big-league niche as a late-inning reliever. Injuries played a major role during his career as a big-league closer. Overall, he was too hittable as a starter, partly due to the fact he lacked command when he utilized all of his pitches.
Long Range Potential: Excellent late-inning reliever, when healthy.
