Scouting Report
Has shown an ability to pitch effectively as both a starter and reliever. Can be very tough on left-handed batters. Also displays good strikeout ability. Elbow issues are a major concern going forward. Walks too many batters, which gets him into prolonged innings needlessly. Must find his niche.
Long Range Potential: Versatile left-hander, when healthy.
