Scouting Report
A pitcher more than a thrower, he owned excellent fastball command and great touch with his secondary pitches. Had a deceptive delivery. His changeup was his true out-pitch, while his curve was also a quality offering. His lanky frame (6'2", 175 pounds) did not hold up over time as a big-league starter as he lacked strength and stamina (he had difficulty adding bulk during his formative years). Lacked fastball velocity.
Long Range Potential: Decent left-hander.
