Scouting Report
Has an electric arm, and he generates great velocity despite a lack of ideal size. Is potentially dominant when on the mound. Can start or relieve but is at his best as a closer. Off-field issues have dogged him throughout his MLB career. Needs to avoid injuries going forward, and build up stamina. Also needs to refine his pitches for best results.
Long Range Potential: Talented right-hander with issues.
