The Brewers placed Miley on the 15-day injured list Monday, retroactive to April 19, with left elbow inflammation.
Miley said Friday that he expects to make his next scheduled start despite taking a comebacker off his left knee during his outing Tuesday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
Is crafty and can deceive batters, and can rack up strikeouts in the process. Is also a strike-thrower with good command. Has become a durable workhorse, too. Does not have ideal size for a pitcher, so injuries and stamina are always going to be a concern with him. Has a tendency to leave some of pitches up in the zone.
Long Range Potential: Savvy left-hander.
