A lefty specialist, he excels at striking batters out at lower levels (especially left-handed batters). Has some experience closing out games, too. Owns good size and a resilient arm. Can get into trouble when he walks too many batters, so he needs to keep his occasional bouts of wildness in check in order to maximize his potential as a situational left-hander.
