Scouting Report
Despite his diminutive frame, he possesses a good fastball and can blow it by hitters regularly. Has experience as both a starter and reliever in the minors, which adds value. Aside from his fastball, his other pitches lack consistency (which is why he is more likely to stick as a reliever at the highest level going forward). Stamina can be an issue.
Long Range Potential: Versatile right-hander.
