Has all the tools to succeed at the position: size, mobility, agility, awareness and solid hand technique. Can really create running lanes with his power off the line. Can be soft for stretches in pass protection, and isn't a mauler type who will wrestle his opponents to the ground. Has struggled with some off-field problems in the past. Doesn't possess the overall skills of a regular starter.
