An intense playmaker. Productive and busy as a tackler, and makes confident reads and athletic plays on both the ball and the ball-carrier. Flashes opportunistic anticipation to pick passes off, and is fast in the open field returning them. Undersized for a strong safety type. Must become more patient in 'man' assignments and learn to pick his spots better. Hasn't shown as much well-rounded playmaking ability in the pro game as he did in college.
