Haack agreed to a contract with the Bills on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Scouting Report
A four-year college specialist, he made a seamless transition to the pros becoming a reliable mainstay on special teams. He punted 170 times with only 11 touchbacks in his first two NFL seasons. A competent directional and positional punter, he is adept at controlling distance to assist his coverage unit and restrict returns. Skews close to the mean averages for gross and net yardage, though he has not been surrounded by elite talent or kicked under the duress of bad weather or playoff pressure.
