Brings all the raw tools to be an NFL starting tight end: jumbo size, excellent arm length, fluid athleticism, and good instincts as a blocker. A converted linebacker who knows how to manhandle. Very smooth in the open field running his route and shows good hands. Flashes a lot of untapped potential. Despite good athleticism he's not explosive, either as a leaper or after the catch. Doesn't show a second gear and gets taken down by tacklers far too easily. Could do much more as an end zone target. Still developing his technique as a blocker.
