He's well-sized and physical, and uses his physicality to excel stepping up against the run and threatening for interceptions. Has very long arms, big hands, and excellent leaping ability (making him a jump ball nightmare for opposing quarterbacks). Also anticipates well, and does a good job jamming receivers at the line. Lacks the ideal deep speed to stay with burner receivers, and gets into penalty trouble trying to slow them down. Sometimes makes mistakes going for the big play rather than the cover. He plays more like a safety than a cornerback, and a move to safety might eventually be best for his career and his team.
