Scouting Report
Was very savvy with his placement and approach to punting. Had tremendous technique and execution: he could put the ball high up in the air or line-drive it as the situation warranted. Possessed solid extension, great power and consistent placement. His leg strength could at times play against him. Gave up a few too many touchbacks (although he improved his punting towards the sidelines later on in his NFL career).
Long Range Potential: One of the best punters of all time.
