Scouting Report
Showed great instincts for picking off passes and had the ball skills to return them for big gains. Was also highly productive as a tackler. Combined stopper ability with excellent raw speed. Could play cornerback earlier in his career, then moved to safety on a full-time basis. Was a bit undersized, so bigger and more physical opponents gave him trouble. Struggles at times to win jump-ball fights. His incredible football IQ kept him in the NFL for a very long time.
Long Range Potential: Outstanding, versatile and durable defensive back.
