Scouting Report
Had a wealth of International experience (including the Olympics) and usually displayed an ideal, cool demeanor between the pipes. Was an extremely sound positional 'keeper. Was physically limited in terms of lateral mobility and overall agility, and his glove hand could get exposed at times at the NHL level. Could give up soft goals from time to time. Durability was always an issue for him, as was consistency.
Long Range Potential: Streaky but solid goaltender.
