Scouting Report
Was a great forechecker and hitter. When on top of his game, he complemented skilled forwards very well. Provided some grit and could be a factor on special teams. Was a streaky scorer. Could go into prolonged scoring slumps, and his streakiness got worse as he aged. Passed up a few too many shots. Was not overly big for the NHL game, so he had a tendency to wear down.
Long Range Potential: Quality complementary winger and clutch performer.
