CHUCK CLARK TO THE JETS
The New York Jets acquired safety Chuck Clark from the Baltimore Ravens for a seventh-round draft pick in 2024.
What does it give the New York Jets
The Jets are on a mission this off-season to end decades of futility. Clark is a solid safety who could replace Lamarcus Joyner (free agent) in New York's secondary. His arrival may also lead to Jordan Whitehead's release. New York may still not be done at the safety position.
What does it give the Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens drafted Kyle Hamilton in the first round last year, so moving on from Clark (who was disgruntled in Baltimore for a long time) seemed like a no-brainer. They would have likely released him, so at least they got something in return.
Fantasy impact
Clark is not a great draft option in IDP leagues, but he might be an in-season pickup at some point.
