What does it give the Seattle Seahawks
In Jones, the Seahawks are acquiring an inside linebacker that might be a better fit than Baker was. He is expected to make an impact for a defense that has struggled with injuries in recent weeks. Seattle clearly believes they are a playoff team this year.
What does it give the Tennessee Titans
Baker will be a short-term replacement for Jones, but the fourth-round pick is definitely the key to the deal from a Titans perspective. After dealing both DeAndre Hopkins and Jones, Tennessee appears to be punting on the 2024 NFL campaign.
