Scouting Report
Has a projectable frame and a good arm. Can strike batters out in the minor leagues, which adds value. A former starter, he appears to have found his niche pitching out of the bullpen. Although his control is pretty good, he can occasionally get into trouble with walks.
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander with some upside.
