Fulmer underwent UCL revision surgery Thursday on his right elbow and is expected to miss the 2024 season, Bruce Levine of 670TheScore.com reports.
Scouting Report
Owns an ideal pitchers' frame, plus an excellent fastball-slider combination. Throws a lot of strikes and can also rack up impressive strikeout totals at all levels. Is a workhorse type. Needs to avoid the injury-prone label, so he could stand to add a few more pounds of muscle. Also needs to improve his changeup for best MLB results. Is not overpowering.
Long Range Potential: Excellent right-hander with some upside.
