Rodriguez did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 11-9 extra-inning win over the Phillies, allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits and four walks with 10 strikeouts over 5.1 innings.
Rodriguez (1-3) took the loss against the Mets on Tuesday, allowing eight runs on nine hits and a walk while striking out one in four innings.
Has a very good cutter, plus an excellent slider. Has a fairly good understanding of how to pitch. Also owns a good frame for a big-league pitcher. Needs to become more consistent, and must specifically improve upon repeating his delivery, in order to maximize output in the bigs.
Long Range Potential: Talented left-hander.
