Toure (coach's decision) won't suit up against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
Scouting Report
The speedy wideout tore up the FCS level for three seasons and excelled in FBS as a senior. He runs routes well and is sharp getting into and out of breaks. He also has the long speed to get behind the defense. Can return kicks and has the speed to be used as a gunner on coverage teams.
Long Range Potential: Backup wide receiver and special teams performer.
