The Dolphins are signing Fuller (knee) to a two-year, $16.5 million contract Thursday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Very physical and aggressive at cornerback, and is constantly busting up passes and making plays on the ball. Quick and athletic, and has big hands that help him get a nice jam on receivers and threaten for pickoffs. Has a playmaker's mentality and is regularly around the action. Able to serve as a return man if needed. Gets turned around from time to time, as he guesses a lot and doesn't have top-end recovery speed. Must show more of an ability to read and react. A bit undersized, and injury-prone; needs to add more bulk to his solid frame to better maximize his output.
Long Range Potential: Physical playmaking cornerback with starter tools.
