In his final season in the QMJHL, he produced a whopping 116 points in 65 games for the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada. Undrafted, his determination and work ethic got him to the NHL. Could stand to improve his skating a little more, but there is no questioning his drive. Also, his overall skills are underrated. Can play both wing and center, which adds to his value to National Hockey League teams. Is an excellent forechecker but needs to get stronger for the long run.
