Cox signed with the Titans on Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Scouting Report
Possesses excellent overall technique and solid consistency as a long snapper, and works hard to be reliable at his craft. Also brings good size to block after the snap. Doesn't provide much (if any) positional versatility outside his snapping duties. Not particularly athletic or bulky as a blocker, and has some durability issues.
Long Range Potential: Quality long snapper.
