Winston will continue starting at quarterback for the Browns, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Winston completed 26 of 46 passes for 235 yards yards with a touchdown and three interceptions and rushed five times for 27 yards in the Browns' 27-10 loss to the Chargers on Sunday. He also fumbled once but recovered.
Brings superb all-round tools for a pro quarterback, complete with great size, excellent vision, tremendous accuracy, and a wealth of confidence in his ability. Displays good mobility, and can be an asset when throwing outside the pocket (or when running with the football), although he's at his best inside the pocket. Must improve his efficiency and cut down on the interceptions and sacks. He's been in off-field trouble numerous times, so he needs to gain greater maturity and become as good at the decision-making process off the field as he is on it.
