The Colts elevated Treadwell from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's matchup against Buffalo, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Colts agreed to terms with Treadwell on Wednesday.
Excels at making tough catches, then making things tough on defenders. Uses his excellent size, length and hands to high-point the ball. Can make circus grabs fairly regularly. Is physical and plays with an edge. Does not have game-breaking deep speed, so he is not a regular threat to leave defensive backs in the dust. Relies heavily on his size, hands and elusiveness to make plays, but he can be stuffed at times by big, physical defenders who jam him early and often.
Long Range Potential: Depth wide receiver.
