This is the second time the Rays have acquired Drake this off-season alone! In fact, Tampa Bay is Drake's seventh MLB organization since 2017. Teams always appreciate serviceable pitchers, which may explain why he gets acquired so often.
What does it give the Toronto Blue Jays
The Blue Jays claimed Drake off waivers from Tampa Bay earlier this off-season, but were forced to designate him for assignment to make room for new starter Clayton Richards. He made two appearances with Toronto in 2018 (44 overall in MLB).

Drake, a 31-year-old journeyman, has just one career save in 135 big-league appearances. Therefore, he is off the fantasy radar until further notice.
