The Atlanta Braves acquired outfielder Eddie Rosario and cash from the Cleveland Indians for infielder Pablo Sandoval.

What does it give the Atlanta Braves
The Braves need more help in the outfield after losing franchise player Ronald Acuna Jr. for the rest of the season. Rosario is also hurt but he should return at some point. He is mainly a left-fielder so it remains to be seen how Atlanta will rearrange its outfield.

What does it give the Cleveland Indians
The Indians were motivated to dump salary here, which is why they only got back Sandoval (mostly a pinch-hitter these days). Cleveland will not use him much down the stretch, but at least they were able to shed a lot of salary with this transaction.

Fantasy impact
Rosario is too risky at this point. His injury, combined with a move to the National League, make him a non-recommendable fantasy option down the stretch.
