The New York Yankees acquired pitcher Miguel Castro from the New York Mets for pitcher Joely Rodriguez.

The two New York teams rarely help each other out but both teams fill needs with this move. The Yankees add another quality right-hander for their bullpen, as Castro will join Jonathan Loaisiga and Chad Green in helping to set up lefty closer Aroldis Chapman.

For the Mets, getting Rodriguez was critical because he will provide them with a left-handed complement to a bullpen that features righty arms Edwin Diaz, Seth Lugo, Adam Ottavino and Trevor May (among others). Rodriguez may be the sole lefty out of the 'pen.

Castro has some sneaky value in deeper fantasy leagues that utilize the holds category. Rodriguez can be safely ignored in most league formats.
