PAYTON HENRY HEADS BACK TO MILWAUKEE
The Milwaukee Brewers acquired catcher Payton Henry from the Miami Marlins for outfielder/pitcher Reminton Batista.
What does it give the Milwaukee Brewers
In Henry, the Brewers reacquire a receiver they originally drafted in the sixth round of the 2016 draft. He should compete for a roster spot in 2023. Clearly, the organization likes him a lot.
What does it give the Miami Marlins
The Marlins decided to send Henry back to Milwaukee in exchange for a teen with a live arm in Batista. The latter still has loads of development time left but he is a good gamble for Miami.
Fantasy impact
There is no fantasy impact here. Both Henry and Batista are not on the fantasy radar at present time.
