Toro has spent time in MLB with Houston, Seattle and Milwaukee. Unfortunately, he has yet to fully establish himself. That may happen in Oakland in 2024.
What does it give the Milwaukee Brewers
Patrick has struggled in the minors, but he has a good arm and strikeout prowess. He will have a shot at earning a big-league gig in spring training.
Fantasy impact
Keep an eye on both Toro and Patrick during spring training. Neither player should automatically be drafted, though.
