BRAVES MAKE ANOTHER TRADE
The Atlanta Braves acquired infielder David Fletcher and catcher Max Stassi from the Los Angeles Angels for first baseman Evan White and pitcher Tyler Thomas.
What does it give the Atlanta Braves
This trade has a lot of moving parts. Fletcher will probably serve a utility role in Atlanta, while Stassi is not expected to stay with the Braves (he remains on the trade block).
What does it give the Los Angeles Angels
The Angels dumped two players to Atlanta here. In return, they get back White (who was recently sent outright to the minor leagues) and Thomas (a recent minor-league Rule 5 pickup).
Fantasy impact
None of the four players moved in this trade have much fantasy upside. Stassi's status is up in the air and will probably be traded again before the start of spring training. Fletcher should come off the bench in Atlanta, while White and Thomas have negligible fantasy value.
