CLIPPERS FLIP PETRUSEV TO THE KINGS

The Sacramento Kings acquired forward Filip Petrusev and cash considerations from the Los Angeles Clippers for future considerations.

What does it give the Sacramento Kings
Petrusev is quickly learning what life in the NBA is like. He has now been involved in more trades (2) than games played (1).The Kings will look for him to add some front court depth and 3-point shooting . On a good Kings team Petrusev will have to work his way up the bench to see meaningful minutes. The cash Sacramento is receiving will help cover the cost of the remaining guaranteed money on his contract.

What does it give the Los Angeles Clippers
For the Clippers this deal is about creating roster and financial flexibility. They now have 13 standard contracts on their roster and will have an additional two weeks to add a 14th player on a standard deal.

Fantasy impact
There is no fantasy impact with this trade as Petrusev is yet to prove himself in the NBA.
