BUCKS AND KINGS MAKE A SWAP
The Milwaukee Bucks acquired power forward Jon Brockman from the Sacramento Kings for power forward Darnell Jackson and a future second-round draft pick.
What does it give the Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks are technically adding Brockman as a restricted free agent here, but they're sending the little-used Jackson to Sacramento in return for the Kings helping them sign Brockman. Look for Brockman to provide good frontcourt energy off the bench for the Bucks.
What does it give the Sacramento Kings
Sacto has been trying to get bigger in the frontcourt this off-season, and Jackson has the size they're looking for. He also still has some upside, but remains somewhat raw and likely won't see a lot of playing time for the Kings in 2010-11.
