Had a much thicker frame than his father with the mass to excel as a run blocker and bully defenders on pass routes. Was tenacious and physical in every phase. However, average quickness and separation skills limited his route tree to red zone and short-yardage targets. Could win position battles but did not outrun most defensive backs at the NFL level.
