Scouting Report
Great speed makes him a top-end deep threat. Can take off after a screen and make a big play. Uses his speed to set up defenders for hitches and comeback routes. A very intelligent receiver. Strictly a hashmark-to-boundary player. Very inconsistent and can disappear from the gameplan against a good cornerback. Has been in major off-field trouble and has struggled with serious injury problems.
Long Range Potential: Slightly-declining veteran deep wideout.
