VIKES ADD CB DEPTH WITH TRAMAINE BROCK

The Minnesota Vikings acquired cornerback Tramaine Brock from the Seattle Seahawks for a seventh-round draft pick in 2018.

What does it give the Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings did well here to add more depth to their cornerback situation, where Terence Newman remains a starter at age 39 and Trae Waynes has yet to establish himself in the NFL. Brock should begin his Minnesota career as a backup but might work himself into a starting role by the end of 2017.

What does it give the Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks recently picked Brock up after being released by the 49ers, so it is a little surprising that they shipped him out just as quickly as they acquired him. That said, Seattle picked up Justin Coleman recently and the team is also high on Shaquill Griffin--both of whom made Brock expendable.

Fantasy impact
There is not a lot of fantasy value here, as Brock is not recommendable in IDP leagues until/unless he becomes a starting corner in Minnesota.
