BIG D BOOSTS ITS BLOCKING WITH OLAWALE

The Dallas Cowboys acquired fullback Jamize Olawale and a 6th-round draft pick in 2018 from the Oakland Raiders for a 5th-round draft pick in 2018.

What does it give the Dallas Cowboys
Olawale is a very good blocker, and he has a highly affordable contract. He replaces Keith Smith--who ironically signed this off-season with the Raiders, making Olawale expendable--and should help the Big D offense continue to put up impressive numbers.

What does it give the Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders signed fullback Keith Smith this off-season, so it makes sense for the Raiders to move Olawale out. Besides saving a bit of salary, they move up to No. 171 overall in the draft.

Fantasy impact
Olawale provides good blocking for his teammates but is not much of an offensive option at all with the ball in his hands. With that in mind, there's little to no fantasy impact as a result of this deal.
