STEELERS, RAVENS DEAL?

The Pittsburgh Steelers acquired defensive lineman Chris Wormley and a seventh-round draft pick in 2021 from the Baltimore Ravens for a fifth-round draft pick in 2021.

What does it give the Pittsburgh Steelers
These are strange times, and a trade between the Steelers and Ravens--eternal archrivals that they are--is just more proof of that. Wormley should add depth to the defensive line in Pittsburgh (a line that recently lost the services of nose tackle Javon Hargrave to free agency).

What does it give the Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens acquired veteran Calais Campbell from Jacksonville via trade recently, and also agreed to terms with former Ram Michael Brockers. Therefore, Wormley was deemed expendable and sent to the Steelers in exchange for a two-round draft upgrade in '21.

Fantasy impact
There is no fantasy impact here, as Wormley is more of a run stopper than a sack artist (no matter where he lines up).
