TYREEK HILL HEADS TO MIAMI!

The Miami Dolphins acquired wide receiver Tyreek Hill from the Kansas City Chiefs for a first-round draft pick in 2022 (No. 29 overall), a second-round draft pick in 2022 (No. 50 overall), a fourth-round draft pick in 2022 (No. 121 overall), a fourth-round draft pick in 2023 and a sixth-round draft pick in 2023.

What does it give the Miami Dolphins
Wow! Hill is the most dangerous offensive weapon in the NFL, and now he is headed to a Dolphins team that has been aching to make a huge splash this off-season. They decided not to get into the mix for some of the franchise quarterbacks available but jumped in with both feet to get Hill on the roster. Tua Tagovailoa should improve by leaps and bounds now that he will be passing to Hill, Jaylen Waddle and tight end Mike Gesicki. Expect Miami's offense to improve greatly.

What does it give the Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs decided not to pay their biggest offensive weapon outside of quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Will they regret this decision? It probably depends on what other wide receivers they bring in between now and Week 1. JuJu Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman are good but a third quality receiver is now a priority for Kansas City. Getting back five draft picks for Hill is great asset management, but Mahomes will have to create even more magic for KC not to suffer.

Fantasy impact
Hill's fantasy value should take a significant dip in 2022, but he remains a very good draft option in fantasy football. He is just no longer a borderline keeper any longer. This trade should greatly boost Smith-Schuster and Hardman, while Waddle and Gesicki remain a strong fantasy option.
