The Raiders continue to take on a Patriots persona under former New England offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels--now the head coach in Vegas. Herron should provide solid depth at several positions along the Raiders' shaky offensive line.
What does it give the New England Patriots
There were rumors during training camp that New England was interested in trading offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn. However, moving Herron to Vegas probably kills any potential Wynn deals now. New England loses some depth with this trade.
