EAGLES LAND ARRELIOUS BENN

The Philadelphia Eagles acquired wide receiver Arrelious Benn from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a 2013 sixth-round pick and a conditional pick in 2014.

What does it give the Philadelphia Eagles
Anther receiving option though the Eagles are already well furbished at the position. A second-round draft pick by the Bucs in 2010, Benn has been a huge disappointment during his three-year stay in Tampa Bay but he's still only 24 and offers some decent skills as a possession receiver and return man. The change of scenery might benefit him as he's trying to revive his career. He'll have to fight for his job in Philly, though.

What does it give the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
A couple of late draft picks are a pretty good compensation for a player the Bucs didn't want anymore. Actually, Bucs GM Mark Dominik did very well to get something for him.

Fantasy impact
Very little. Benn scored only five times during his three seasons with the Bucs and never developed into the impact player he should have been at this point. And in Philly, with {p DeSean Jackson} and {p Jeremy Maclin} firmly entrenched as the top two receivers on the team (and that's without counting on receiver No. 3 {p Jason Avant} as well as tight end {p Brent Celek}). He's barely worthy of being kept under the radar.
